For cost saving, safer and more affordable cosmetic surgery, a new and revolutionary method of breast augmentation in which we use tumescent (local) anesthesia. Such the patient is awake and can see and participate her final size.The procedure takes only one hour and the patient walks out of the office, twenty minutes after completion of the one hour surgery and with little or no discomfort.

We have eliminated the general and even the intravenous anesthesia, so the procedure is more safer and easier for the patient. The after effects of general anesthesia are eliminated and the operation is painless as well.

The method also results in markedly reduced or no bleeding. The surgical fees are about 1000 euro lower, as there are.

Risks
All surgery carries some uncertainty and risk. The most common problem, capsular contraction,can be minimized by using solid silicone with textured surface.
